We allow a 7 day return policy from the time you receive your order. Return your piece and be refunded for the total item price that you paid minus the shipping cost. Please include your name and order number with the return package. Please email us if you are deciding to return an item for a refund at email@example.com
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 7 business days.
Please be sure to double check your address when checking out. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If your item arrives damaged, first off we are super sorry! Please contact us right away, up to 7 days of receiving it, with a photo of the damaged item and we can send you out a replacement.
If for some reason your jewelry breaks within the first two weeks of receiving, please contact us right away with a photo to show us what's happened. We will do our very best to correct the situation for you. Please be adviced that the daintier pieces, like our huggie hoops, do need to be treated with care and a gentle touch. Any of our bracelets are subject to breaking if not handled with care as well, as they are made with elastic cording. If items have been treated outside of the care guide, plated items put into water, or abrasive hemicals have been used in cleaning, we will not be able to refund/replace or resend.
Please treat your product with love and care! With items being plated we do suggest taking your jewelry off before showering or jumping in the water to avoid any discoloration and you follow our care guide closely.
